Updates on your terms

Settings → Support now separates automatic update checks from automatic installation. Enable “Install updates automatically” to download new releases in the background and install them after you quit. Automatic installation remains off until you choose it; existing update-check preferences are respected.

If an installation fails, the waiting update stays available after you reopen ORKA VOICE, so you can try again.

More reliable delivery

This release uses Sparkle 2.9.4 and validates the update feed against its signed downloads before publication. Update notes travel with the feed, and smaller delta downloads are offered when available, with a full download as fallback.

Routine updates roll out gradually. “Check for Updates…” still finds the newest release immediately.
