13 August 2026 · Dropdowns now drop down, and ORKA VOICE has proper Settings and update commands in the macOS app menu.

We got a little trigger-happy with 0.2.3. The new dropdowns looked lovely and did absolutely nothing—a brief and accidental experiment in non-interactive interface design.

Back to dropping down

Every ORKA selector is clickable again. The fix removes the invisible interaction layer that swallowed pointer input and returns menu presentation to the native macOS control underneath, without giving up ORKA’s custom look.

More Mac-like where it matters

The ORKA VOICE application menu now includes Check for Updates… and Settings…. Settings also uses the familiar ⌘, shortcut, giving you a second native route to configuration and updates.
